Contract and Rental Management Services

As Contract Manager or Property Manager, Kevin Heinbuch provides the following services for Investors, Contract Holders and Landlords:

Contracts

	Collection of all monthly Contract payments
	Deposit payments into Contract holder’s bank account
	Disburse monthly mortgage payments or provide detailed monthly report of disbursements to be made
	Disburse property tax and homeowner’s insurance premiums when due
	Track payment history and escrow account history
	Semi-Annual Escrow Account Analysis
	Notify homeowner of any escrow and payment changes
	Provide homeowner and contract holder with year end tax information
	Provide Contract Holder with detailed monthly reports on payments due, received and disbursed with all balances

Rentals

	Collection of all monthly rents
	Deposit rents into Landlord’s bank account
